Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The material, color, style can customize, the basic quantity we will advise after we discuss.
Q: Can we use our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print your private logo according to your request.
Q: How many packaging do you have?
A: We have five packages including PE bag, hand bag, zip lock bag, colorful box and white box currently.
Q: Can you do our own packaging?
A: Yes, you just provide the package design and we will produce what you want. We also have the professional designer can help you do the packaging design.
Q: How many different types of products your company manufactures?
A: Now we have more than 1,000 products. We have a strong advantage of OEM, just give us the actual products or your idea that you want, we will manufacture for you.
Q: When can I get the price?
A: Usually we quote within 8 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: The general delivery time is 30-45 days after receiving your order confirmation. Anther, if we have the goods in stock, it will only take 1-2 days.
Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free?
A: If the sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.
Q: What is your term of payment?
A: 30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.
Q: Which payment form you can accept?
A: T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc. We accept any convenient and swift payment term.
Q: Which certificate do you have?
A: CE, FDA and ISO13485.
Q: Do you have the test and audit service?
A: Yes, we can assist to get the designated test report for product and the designated factory audit report.

A: We can provide services for vessel booking, goods consolidation, customs declaration, shipping documents preparation and delivery bulk at the shipping port.
Q: Can you provide the FBA shipping service?
A: Yes, we have the good experience in providing the professional FBA service.
Q: What’s your tem of the delivery?
A: Our ordinary delivery term is FOB Xiamen. We also accept EXW, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. We’ll offer you the shipping charges and you can choose the one which is the most convenient and effective for you.
Q: Which shipping way can you provide?
A: We can provide shipping by sea, by air and by express.
Q: What’s your after-sale service?
A: Our quality warranty period is one year. Any quality problem will be solved to customer satisfactions.
Q: Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A: Yes, free existing labels, you need to pay shipping cost.

A:Yes, Simply design free, special design need to pay.

A:Amount less than $1000, 100% paid before production, more than $1000 can be negotiated!

Q: May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
A:Yes. Sample charge means set up charge for production line, little quantity we suggest that straight for production. Large quantity we suggest that sample first, and sample fee can be refund.

If you need the samples, we would like to send sample from our Chinese factory or u can get the sample directly from our european agent storage.

Q: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order?
